Back Gym Performance is a fitness studio located in the 'Back Gym" of the Newtown Athletic Club which was developed upon the philosophy of delivering body-changing, high intensity workouts in a group setting, bringing together the energy, motivation and contagious culture of an awesome group exercise class with the personal attention and education of a personal trainer. With 4 different options of 30-minute classes- take your pick and get on with it.

Spartan gets you ready for Spartan races and obstacle races with a focus on utilizing your body weight to pull and carry. Spartan is an intense hour-long workout at high intensity with Olympic lifts. *Spartan is paid for programming.
30-minutes of exercise per day keeps the doctor away.. and happy hour keeps you young and social. Community is key.
We strive to create an environment uniting the energy of a community of people with what they're looking for: fitness. Classes will run early morning and later in the evening, with a few classes during prime time hours.

I've been doing Six Zone for over a year now. I'm excited for Back Gym Performance to take my training in the next level. I was an athlete most of my young adult life and haven't done any agility or ladder work since in years. I'm looking forward to getting back to that!
